I have visited Bella Day Spa several times. Although I could consider the spa as a 3 star class of spa, the environment and professional therapists make me see them as a 5 star spa. I've already tried many of their variety type of massages, Facials and rituals that they offer. The prices, cleanliness and the marvelous experiences that I have had keep me coming back.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to use a gift card for a pedicure/facial/massage. My pedicure went okay, but in between the pedicure and massage I had to wait an hour and a half! They were taking walk ins ahead of people with appointments and I know it was because I was using a gift certificate and not paying any money that day. then the owner wanted to charge me an extra $40 for my massage because I was pregnant and needed a "special" massage. The massage therapist said if anything it should be less because you don't get as much. So they told me if I wanted to skip the facial then I wouldn't have to pay. I had no choice because I hadn't brought any money with me. So I never got to use my full amount of the gift card even though they had kept me waiting so long for the massage in the first place. The owner was extrememly rude and unprofessional. I will definitely not be going back.

I have had the luxury of having a facial and 2 full body massages at this Spa. I thoroughly enjoyed both!! It is a very clean facility, has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be pampered!!

I have been to many spas in North Carolina. Having lived all over the East Coast, I have used many different spas in other states. I must say that this place is one of the best spas I have ever been to. The decor isn't that great (the owner explained that it used to be a tack supply store) but it is a work in process. Don't let this deter you! The service and quality is by far the best I have received in the triangle area. The owner's attention to details is amazing! She takes her time and treats you like gold. I have tried all the "Best of the Triangle" spas, but this hidden charm is the best secret to discover. You will not be disappointed! The prices cannot be beat either! I have found my place and will become a regular!

Margarita, one of the hair stylists that works upstairs cuts my hair. I have natural very curly hair and she know exactly how to shape me and does exactly what i'm looking for. She also knows how to pick the right color for me and she keeps my hair healthy and looking great! And when i want another look, she does a fabulous straight blow out. And if your looking for unique nail art work, go to Julie. She is the best.

My teenage daughter went to Face Value for an airbrush tan and was very pleased. Angela did a very good job and was extremely accommodating about my daughter returning the following day for a brief touch-up (she is very fair-skinned and is difficult to tan!). She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we will definitely return, perhaps to try a different service, even.

I have thought long and hard about what I would write in my review about this spa...after nearly a week, I think I can finally find the words for the anger and embarrassment I felt. Myself & two of my girlfriends made the 3 hour trip to pool of bethesda in ft. smith for a girls' day out type thing. Our hair lady, Christy, was great, she was SO sweet and patient. We all loved our hair! I was the only one getting a brazilian bikini wax. The owner was to do my waxing. I told her I had never had a brazilian before so I did not know what to expect. She comes in and pulls the blanket I had over myself off of me and tells me I cannot be modest. Which I laughed off, I was so nervous...being naked with this perfect stranger. She said she was comfortable with doing the waxing but she was clearly insecure and uncomfortable. First, she drops hot wax all over my leg and instead of apologizing she crudely tells me that is free wax for my leg. She does the first side very fast, without holding the skin taut or trying to soothe the skin after. I was clearly in pain, now mind you, I have a child(had him naturally), I have 4 tattoos...I am not one who can't take pain to an extent. She did a couple more rounds then wouldn't finish. She just squirted some oil on my bleeding skin and walked out leaving the door ajar. It was clear to me that she was pissed off that she had to do anything.(I did not see her have any other appts. all day & we were there all day) I could not believe was had just taken place. I walked out clearly shaken and upset. My friends noticed right away. I mentioned my problem to Christy(hair) and she recommend I tell her...she would want to know she says. So as I am getting ready to pay her for the worst service possible I mention that I am not happy with the waxing and she tells me she thinks I can't handle the waxing without anthisethic!(why didn't she have the anthestic on hand then, she knew i was coming in!?) I say ok and she says nothing more to say to me. The sad thing about this is she is the owner and there is no-one to report her to. The only thing I can do is let people know the way I was treated. I was bleeding, bruised with stray hairs everywhere! I could have done that much damage to myself!! She did not care one bit that I was embarrassed, uncomfortable, and clearly a dissatisfied customer! I felt so much anger over this, I felt SOOOOO violated! The only good thing that could come out of this experience is, I am about to go to esthetician school and I will NEVER ever treat ANYONE the way she treated me. Oh, and I also have my degree in business admin. and that was the most unprofessional, rude, insecure business owner I have ever come in contact with. Hopefully Christy goes somewhere else b/c I will never go back to this place again unless its to report her to the better business bureau. My friends and I make these trips and spend a lot of money in these places and just expect to be given the same respect we give. Guess she never heard the saying...customer is always right. This is not coming from an angry place anymore...just a warning to anyone thinking of using Pool of Bethesda's services. Annie, the receptionist was great as well...the owner better have people like annie and christy working for her because she won't get far on her personality alone! And for sure not her work ethic or professionalism! Sorry girls(christy & annie)!

I had a good experience with golden green spa , I was walking through Fisherman's wharf , It is hard to find golden green spa , Located in Marriott had a there key treatment , Indus fusion , it is a unique combination Hot stone , Thai stretching , Hot stone bedding , swedish , I dont know what are the beautiful thing the therapist mix for me, I actually booked for 60 min then I ask the therapist to continue for 1 more hour, hope every one have this treatments some , then you will understand what I am talking about , I lost my self in the therapists talent I recommend this treatment to all my friends
