Do not waste your time at Rejuvinate Day Spa. I purchased a massage for my wife for her birthday. I bought a gift certificate from their website. My wife and I called for three days trying to schedule an appointment for her massage. Nothing but an answering machine. We left no less than 7 or 8 messages. I finally had to put a hold on the debit card payment and make an appointment elsewhere. Then I just faxed a letter to Rejuvinate to inform them. Guess what? Still have not heard from them. Now that is great customer service. How can you run a business like that? I could only hope that they go out of business and have to sell out. Maybe then it could be a nice place again. It really is a nice facility. Just the wrong people running it.
