My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday to Salon Che located downtown Nampa Idaho. I received the worst hair cut EVER.. When I walked into the salon, Lee who is the owner of the salon was the one that cut my hair. During the hair appt he answered his phone several times and was looking through a book to make sure he knew what he was doing. Let me remind you that per his website he has 25 years experience. REALLY!! I don't believe that someone with 25 years experience has to look through a book to make sure they are doing the right cut. He even had a wig sitting right on the shelf that he could have looked at, it was right in front of his face. I could go on and on about why I will never return to that salon nor will I ever refer anyone there again. I wanted to also have a massage that day for my birthday which I never received because needless to say I found out later that day that he is the only one running the show. His website offers everything that a salon and spa would offer he just has no employers working for him.. When I left the salon so upset and and in distraught I wanted to cry.. My hair cut looked nothing like I had anticipated, therefor I had to go somewhere else and pay more money out of my own pocket to get the screwed up haircut fixed. Lee is very unprofessional and is posting false advertisement. So, needless to say it looks like he needs to update his website cause there ain't no one working in his salon. So everyone out there never ever go to salon che downtown nampa. His website talks about top quality work and making sure you leave there satisfied.. It's all the opposite of what he says your experience will be. He even told my husband that he was going to offer some free make up applications which I never received. So I hope you choose to go somewhere else to have top professional services rendered..
