I was referred to this salon by a friend of mine and it was by far the worst experience bar-none. I thought my appointment was with the gentleman that was the owner and it was actually with a different gentleman who my girlfriend warned me not to see. I had waited several weeks for an appointment and decided that I would give him a try. That was a huge mistake....I should have known when he smelled of cigarette smoke and what I thought to be alcohol. To make a long story short, the stylist was much more concerned with making lewd remarks about everyone else in the salon and paid very little attention to me. When I left the salon I wanted to just cry, my hair was horrible, the cut was to short and the color was not what I asked for, I was extremely upset. When I explained to the stylist that I was unhappy, he had very little to say, I left outraged and was very disappointed.

I have never had such a great time in a salon. The team was so friendly and it's the kind of place where everyone works together to make sure you are taken care of. I had a hair cut and color, a mini-facial (complimentary), a hand massage and when I finished the young lady at the front put makeup on for me. The best part, there is a no tipping policy. Highly recommend this salon!!!

If you need a massage, GO TO WREN. She is amazing. I have literally made her my personal massage therapist. SHe is wonderful at what she does and is an absolute joy to talk to. I LOVE HER. Get my point?
BUT, be aware, there is another massage person there.... She is a gossip and she started drama between myself and someone I spoke about during my massage. Really low standards if you ask me.
Moral of the story, LOVE WREN. Not sure how to spell it, just ask for R-E-N.

I've been using Awaken since they opened -- I love the entire staff! I've had massages, facials, hair cuts and colors and I've loved it all! There are a few stylists that are very well known for their color expertise, and I always leave happy with my color. I recommend them to everyone!

I have driven to Wr. Robins from Chattanooga, TN for a haircut and color by Cade! He is the best by far! Everyone else in the salon seemed to be very professional, saw some great looking haircuts! Wish I lived closer!
