very noisy, they did ask construction to stop, but spa itself is noisy, waiting area had glasses but no water, tea etc, no ammenities like most spas have, technicians themselves did a good job, but spa itself charged for higher price items versus what was ordered and when questioned, felt justified. just overall one not one of the better ones i have attended. management
