The staff here are rude, flat out. I made an appointment because I had a gift certificate and was made to wait because there were "regulars" who were getting their nails done and needed to be squeezed in. I did not sit down until 30 minutes past my appointment and was told I looked "too young" to get a manicure (I'm 22!) I will NEVER return or recommend this spa to friends.
