I was having trouble finding a good salon to all my needs including nails skin and hair. Everywhere I went, people were rude and not understanding until I visited Joelle's in carmel mountain. Not only did they provide me with an amazing stylist and esthetitian, but what made it even better was receptionists that were caring and understanding of all of my needs and desires. GO TO JOELLES IN CARMEL MOUNTAIN FOR A GREAT SALON EXPIRIENCE!
