Overall Experience: disappointing
Full Review:
My first visit will be my last visit. I asked for a color of my roots to match the blonde color and color the grey. I still have grey and the roots are draker than the ends. When I went back to complain I was told that I was charged for a partial color and if I wanted to pay for a full color they would redo it. However when I had the color done I was told that they did a full color but would only charge me for a partial color. I will not return.

my experience was completley different. I love this place! I have been going to them for a long time and I always am happy with the results, one time I tried to color my hair at home and they my stylist was able to get the color back to where it was and didn't have a problem doing it! Highly recommend
