Giada Salon and Spa is a gorgeous new salon with excellent customer service. I get my hair, waxing, and massages there. The atmosphere is upbeat and personable. Located in the beautiful Garden Villa Plaza, you won't even feel like you're in Chico when you go there

Beautiful salon with a relaxing environment, in a beautiful location. My hair feels like silk after I get it colored, and the color is always amazing. When I got a facial, it felt amazing and I got compliments on my complexion for weeks.

My expirence at this spa was has not been positive. Every time I go in for a service the person who performed my previous service is no longer working there. You have to try someone new every time. The staff turnover seems extreme. I think I need to find a spa who can keep their staff happy!
