This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to use a gift card for a pedicure/facial/massage. My pedicure went okay, but in between the pedicure and massage I had to wait an hour and a half! They were taking walk ins ahead of people with appointments and I know it was because I was using a gift certificate and not paying any money that day. then the owner wanted to charge me an extra $40 for my massage because I was pregnant and needed a "special" massage. The massage therapist said if anything it should be less because you don't get as much. So they told me if I wanted to skip the facial then I wouldn't have to pay. I had no choice because I hadn't brought any money with me. So I never got to use my full amount of the gift card even though they had kept me waiting so long for the massage in the first place. The owner was extrememly rude and unprofessional. I will definitely not be going back.

I had gone to El Bella Day Spa many times, I felt the prices were reasonable and the quality was average on a bad day and very nice on a good day. That was until I took my little girl in to get pedicures. I had thought it was very sweet to offer discounted pedicures to little girls and since it was only $10 for my daughter and mine was only $18 (these are the printed prices on the pamphlets on their counter and also on their website)it was affordable for us. When I checked out however, my $38 charge (we paid $10 extra for the "jewels" with the nail design) was billed as $50!!! I didn't notice then, but looking at my credit card receipt the next day I did! I went back and politely asked for my money back. They said "No" that because I came on a Saturday, it was $20 for both pedicures. I took one of their pamphlets and asked them to show me where it said Saturdays were more or where this higher amount was listed at all. They couldn't and wouldn't offer anything more than to say they wouldn't give me my money back. I have since filed complaints with the County Attorney and also the BBB. Please stay away from this company. Nail salons are a dime-a-dozen and you shouldn't get ripped off. Buyer Beware!!
